Iqram Magdon-Ismail
Cofounder of JellyJelly and Venmo. His jellies are the thesis in public: Wobbles spent at Sigiri in NYC, a homepage he can’t stop posting about, gifts sent across continents. Video and money, posted as it happens.
Joe Prakash
Builds JellyJelly, then shows up in the feed. Solana nights in Amsterdam, dinner stories, whatever’s on the desk. Unedited is easier when the person writing the code is also on camera.
Kris Sawyerr
Ships the app in your hand. Recent jellies are a shipping log: creator badges, a Wobble sale, a million-user year, landing in San Francisco. Product and community at the same time.
Ari F
Keeps the room full. Tests chess for the Android update between accounts, runs @Ari.From.Jelly, and lives in the feed with everyone else. Growth here means being in it, not marketing at it.
Zach Benitez
His jellies are California evenings, coffee-shop taping, Coffee and Candidates, and check-ins from San Francisco and New York. He writes about airlines on the side — and lives in the feed with the Jelly Fam.
Why we’re building this
Most social apps now ask you to perform. Filters, edits, an algorithm that wants you anxious, and a feed filling up with AI. People leave those apps feeling worse than when they opened them.
We started JellyJelly to do the opposite. Take a video and post it immediately. No edits. No makeup layer. No second take. Only humans. The point is to share your world with friends and family, not to optimize how it “performs.”
Payments belong in that same moment. Wobbles is our currency on Solana — send it with a jelly, receive it from anyone, anywhere. Iqram cofounded Venmo to make paying a friend feel human. Jelly is that idea with video: social, payments, and trading in one place, without the slop.
