Blockchain transactions

If you initiate blockchain transactions on the Solana network through the Services, that activity may be recorded on a public blockchain. Smalltalk Fam, Inc. (d/b/a JellyJelly Inc.) does not control the blockchain and cannot delete or modify blockchain records.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

Your choices

You can update your account information and delete content from the Services. You may also request account deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Camera and Augmented Reality (AR) Data

When you use our AR features (such as placing a hat on your head while recording), the app accesses the TrueDepth camera system on supported devices to enable real-time augmented reality effects. We collect temporary depth and face tracking data (including head position and orientation). This data is used only for real-time AR processing during your recording session.

• This data is processed entirely on your device.
• We do not store any of this data.
• We do not share it with any third parties.
• The data is discarded immediately after the AR frame is processed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
